Welcome to KhadaanExpress! If you are managing dumpers, tippers, or bulk mineral transport networks, this software is designed to replace paper chaos with clean, real-time ledators. This guide walks you through the initial setup so your operations desk and mine site supervisors can collaborate seamlessly.

Digitizing your operations takes less than 10 minutes. By following the 7 steps below, you will build a single source of truth for your trucks, drivers, fuel bills, and weighbridge weight receipts.

Step 1: Create Your Account & Basic Setup

Go to the registration page at khadaanexpress.in/register. Enter your company name, mobile number, and password. Once logged in, visit the profile dashboard to choose your operation parameters. Super-admins can invite sub-users, such as site supervisors, pump operators, and accountants, with specific read/write access permissions.

Step 2: Add Your Trucks & Active Fleet

Navigate to the Trucks section under your dashboard. Click "Add Truck" and enter the registration number (e.g., OD-09-H-1234), model, and capacity. Upload scans or input expiry dates for critical documents like the Registration Certificate (RC), Fitness Certificate, National Permit, and Insurance. The system will automatically email and notify you 30 days before any document expires.
