1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with KhadaanExpress, you represent that you are a authorized representative of your transport or mining firm and agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws in India, including transport and mineral regulations.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You must provide accurate company and fleet information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and configuring appropriate access roles for your site supervisors and clerks. You are liable for all actions taken under your corporate account.

3. Subscription and Billing Terms

Access to our advanced modules (such as fuel auditing and GPS integrations) requires an active subscription. Payments are billed monthly or annually in INR. Failure to pay subscription fees on time may result in temporary account lockout for operations, during which managers will have read-only access.

4. Prohibited Usage

Users are prohibited from inputting fraudulent vehicle permits, forging driver licenses, or manipulating system logs to bypass statutory guidelines (such as weight limits set by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways or the i3ms portal). Any suspicious compliance breaches may lead to immediate account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

KhadaanExpress serves as an operational record-keeping and audit tool. While we strive to ensure 99.9% system availability, we are not liable for business interruptions, delays at weight bridges, or regulatory penalties incurred due to network outages on mining sites.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or platform usage will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
